Workshops & masterclasses

The AI workshop that takes your teams from curiosity to practice.

After the vision, the action. Interactive sessions where your people get hands-on with generative AI — ChatGPT, agents, automations — on concrete cases from their day-to-day. You leave with reflexes, not just notes.

Why a workshop

You don't get comfortable with AI by listening to it — but by practising it.

The gap between “having heard of ChatGPT” and “knowing how to use it to save time every day” is bridged by guided practice, not passive listening. That is precisely the point of the workshop: hands on the tool, with an expert beside you, until it clicks.

Each session starts from the real tasks of your teams: writing, analysis, summarising, meeting prep, handling customer requests. Participants build their own prompts, test, refine and leave with a toolkit they can reuse the very next day.

Led by Romain Rissoan, who has been training people in AI for years — more than 10,000 people supported — the workshops combine pedagogical rigour with concrete examples, in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone progresses at their own pace.

What your teams take away

  • 01Real ease with generative AI tools.
  • 02Ready-to-use prompts and automations.

Workshop formats

Flexible formats, from discovery to intensive.

Depending on your teams' level and the time available, we calibrate the depth and the duration.

Discovery

Generative AI starter workshop

Half a day to demystify generative AI and succeed with first use cases: understanding how the tools work, writing effective prompts, exploring concrete cases and adopting good practice. The ideal format to give a group a first taste of autonomy, with no technical prerequisites.

  • Half a day
  • 8 to 15 participants
  • No prerequisites
  • Real business cases
Deep dive

Role-based masterclass

A full day focused on one function (marketing, HR, sales, support, legal…) to industrialise high-value AI use cases. Participants build assistants and automations tailored to their processes, and leave with a genuine adoption plan to embed the gains.

  • 1 day
  • By function / role
  • Building assistants
  • Adoption plan
Tailored

Company-wide programme

A multi-session pathway to spread AI across the whole organisation, with gradual upskilling, progress tracking and internal champions trained. The right approach to move from isolated experiments to structured, measurable adoption.

  • Several sessions
  • Multi-team
  • Tracking and measurement
  • Internal champions trained
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an AI conference and a workshop?
A conference conveys a vision and inspires; a workshop makes people practise. In a workshop, your teams actually handle generative AI tools — ChatGPT, agents, automations — on their own work cases, guided step by step. Where the keynote creates desire and a shared culture, the workshop installs concrete, immediately reusable skills.
How many participants per workshop?
To guarantee the quality of practice and the support of each person, we recommend groups of 8 to 15. Beyond that, we offer reinforced supervision with several facilitators, or a split into multiple sessions, so no one is left behind and everyone leaves with solid skills.
Are technical prerequisites required?
None. The workshops are designed for business profiles with no technical background: a computer, access to the tools and a dose of curiosity are enough. The whole approach is built to make generative AI accessible and useful, whatever the age or starting level of the participants.
Are the workshops eligible for training funding?
Yes, when they are part of a training pathway. Opcadia is a Qualiopi-certified provider, which opens access to various professional-training funding schemes. We help you structure the workshop as an eligible training action and ease the related paperwork.
